personal anti theft system circuit,open or short

ignition coil pack,ignition switch,plugs and wires. when I pulled the plugs they were heavy with fuel. the coil will fire twice with a weak yellow spark and then not fire any more unless i re-key the starter.i've been using a actron 2 obd2 diagnostic tester to try 2 pull up a code but not showing any. had 2 replace the last coded key we had made after a couple of months. now it seems as thou it wont accept my original ford coded key.I've cleaned the connections on the crankshaft location sensor,and the nearly new battery,Oxy sensor,checked the fuel pump shut off switch. It will crank and crank has good fuel pressure,was running good when it shut down like it had been shut off. Checked the connection on the pcm,checked vaccume lines. 12 volts comming into coil pack.good uni belt pulleys appear fine.alt connection,starter connection, fusses good and swapped relays. I've eliminated every cause in my new hanes manuals troubleshooting paragraph.

even in my shop, I have to ship fords to the dealer for there programming. dont know why because I do flashing here but our equipment will not do it. it is just limited to fords too, go figure. Roy
