Cleaning your MAF and throttle body only causes more problems typically. The throttle body has a film on it from the factory that does not require "cleaning". The mass air flow sensor can become way damaged due to "cleaning". Did you ever check to see if your EGR system is working properly? Have you checked base engine fuel pressure? How is your PCV system? How is your exhaust flow? www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
