Why does my truck misfire weather im stopped or driving at any speed

I've had plug wires replaced multiple times, spark plugs changed twice, new injectors twice, new catalytic converter, new fuel filter, new hydraulic lifters, new o2 sensors.

What makes this problem better or worse?

It misfires all the time
