Ford dealer replaced "oil sender" and fuel injector (a used fuel injector @ N/C) to fix "Check Engine" light that stays on. Also replaced spark plugs. After 3 trips and one week in shop with $452.00 repair bill, the check engine light is still on! What should cost be to replace the Oil Sender? What other problems could cause light to stay on not addressed above?

Did you take your truck into the shop and pay 452 dollars to get the problem behind the check engine light fixed? If so, they need to address this for you. The repair obviously isn't complete--they should be paid to correctly diagnose the problem and repair it. That is where I would start--if they are unsuccessful, that means you need a different shop.
