No power to most of instrument cluster, obd II port and 4x4 selector switch

What is your question?

Changed indicator bulbs to led in instrument cluster, after that no gauges, no cigarette lighter, no 4x4 mode switch, no OBD and alternator doesnt seem to be charging. Turn signal indicators and high beam indicator work as well as headlights, OD button, radio, and windshield wipers. No blown fuses either.

What makes this problem better or worse?

Fuse 11 in the passenger compartment fuse box seems to cover many of those items, a 7.5 amp fuse. Worth checking. Otherwise, you will need to retrace the steps of your work with the illumination repairs.
