Hello, It could be the purge valve needs replacement. When they fail, they leak or stick. This means that cleaning is not a viable solution. You can test it by attempting to blow through the valve - it should not allow air through when power i disconnected. Note, you should not check it with pressurized air. If ti is failing to open, you can test it by powering it to see if the flow of air is present.
