Oil in middle cylinder on passenger side fouling plug

What is your question?

Not sure which engine is in truck exactly. In the middle cylinder on the passenger side of the truck oil is passing through cylinder and fouling plug - remedy?, cause?, suggestions...of problem, would this cause check engine light to be on? and why does a/c go through defrost line instead of vent?
