what is the capacity of water for the water pump? how much of an antifreeze gallon should I fill the water pump with?

To clarify, the water pump has no capacity at all. Your cooling system, inclusive of the hoses, tubes, radiator, heater core, etc has a refill capacity of about 2 gallons, from empty. You do not fill a water pump - just add coolant to the radiator or coolant reservoir.
