3.0l misfire

What is your question?

I have a 1997 ranger that began to miss on acceleration under load last week so I replaced the spark plugs , helped for a couple days then the same even worse, so then I replace the o2 sensors,egr valve,and spark plug wires ran great but I had some intake gaskets for it so I changed them too, it ran the best its ever ran from Fri too Wends morning then going to work it started running ruff under loads and accel.again on the way home it threw the same codes from before p0171 po300 p0303 it threw p0305 and p0174 before all the work but not now , coil ohms out good injectors also ohm good? On the way to work this morning it threw p0301 p0306 p0300 and p0171 the ltft showed 23% #2 bank and 25% #1 bank on the freeze frame maybe fuel pump or clogged filter?
