What is your question?
I was driving, hit a bump, and the engine quit. Towed it to a shop and the PCM fuse was blown. They replaced it and checked for codes but found none. They checked the wires for a bad spot but found none. I drove the truck the next day and had the same results. I replaced the fuse but when I went to start it it blew again. I towed it again and when they replaced the fuse it started. They checked the wiring again but could find no problems. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Once the PCM looses power it looses it memory of stored trouble codes. Its often difficult to find intermittent electrical problems. You need to look at the electrical circuit and see if there is any other electrical consumers on that fuse that could contribute to the fuse blowing and possible even separate them and fuse them with separate fuses to see which circuit is causing the problem. had a similar problem recently with a Jaguar, isolated the circuits and narrowed down which circuit was causing the fuse to blow. Mice had eaten some wires and occasionally the car would hit a bump and blow the fuse.
check wiring harness on driver side of cyl head it rubs into wires causing short
