what causes truck to not crank after bout 10 minutes of driving

I have a similar problem. If I turn off the ignition after running for about 10 minutes; It will not start, it cranks, but doesn't catch. If I let it sit for about 5 minutes it will restart and run fine. I have had the plugs, wires and coils replaced. Still same condition. Sounds heat related, but my mechanic hasn't been able to solve it yet.
