This is now happening every time I drive my 1993 ford ranger V6 3.0 It is also starting to run really rough
What makes this problem better or worse?
It only has a problem when it gets warm

Hello, doesn't sounds like a relay or sensor. You will need to find out if you have a fuel delivery or ignition spark issue occurring. If you have no fuel, check the fuel system.
