Engine lopes badly during idle. Worse when cold. Any help on what I can look at?

What is your question?

I have new air filter, EGR, plugs, wire, cap n rotor. I listened for vacuum leak, but am not sure I could detect one if that was problem. Haven't changed fuel filter, but don't think that's it.

i would take it to a garage that has a good quality scanner.
