My headlights get up but don't want to turn on light...? Thanks

Hello, The Probe, like all other flip-up lights, have problems all the time. In the past I have seen the wires to the headlight bulbs become dry, brittle, cracked, and worn, until the wires eventually break, creating a short or open circuit. Check the wiring from the engine bay to the headlights. The portion that bends when the light moves is the portion to be concerned about. Also, just because, check all of your fuses, and see if you have power at the bulb socket. I have seen both headlights go out at once from just hitting a bump with both wheels a little too hard. Let me know what you find.
Thanks man very much... I try everything, fuse, take down complet light, check all wires. But in the end I try to change Lampe and both lampe is dead... And I Hit yesterday one big bump, I remember when you say... Thanks. You are the man... Cheers.. BIG RESPECT. Hello from Berlin
Excellent! Now you can drive at night again. It's like a whole new lease on life, right?
Yes. And I really love this car.. I have this only 2 year. Probe 1991 2.2 Turbo.. 140tkm and I am 2. owner and all books from 11.1.1991.. I Have book from "Haynes" for repairs manuals. And everything repair alone... But in Europe is little difficult to find parts.. And shiping from America is to expensive..
Doesn't the Ford Capri use the same turbo engine? You might have better luck searching for parts by part number on the EU side instead of searching American part stores... Just a thought. Oh, and Mazda has a good amount of shared parts if not.
Yes, Mazda 626 III have some same parts of motor and complet axle.... But I never sold this car... It's Have part in my heart... Tanks man one more really...
