What is your question?
My ford probe 1990 3.0l v6 was idling really crappy and I replaced the tps sensor and now it won't idle without a foot on the gas.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Only runs if foot is on gas

Make sure your tps doesn't need an adjustment. If the slots that the screws go through are elongated then it can be adjusted. Alex
when you removed the old TPS,you should have seen/felt a little resistance because the TPS is spring loaded and has to be put back on in the same way as the old one came off.The 2 notches/tabs are in the TPS for a reason. You can probably drive it and floor it after getting up to a speed and it won't open the throttle to go any faster because the tabs are not lined up correctly to open the throttle. it's either that or not a good quality part.take it back off,put it on at an angle to put tension on it then turn it to line up the screw holes, put the screws in and tighten it back down, see what happens.
So the tps has two holes a top and bottom, it only fits on one way, however there are no slots where it can be moved. It will only allow it to sit on one way. That being said if there is a relearn, how is that done?
