What is your question?
I was quoted a $4296.00 repair for a 496 engine light code, I'm getting a second opinion obviously, does this sound normal,
What makes this problem better or worse?
Nothing seems to be different with my car, except for the engine light stays on
How long has your 2019 Ford Mustang had this problem?
This started a month ago, I've had it reset twice

P0496 indicates a purge flow problem in the evaporative emissions system. The code itself doesn't need repairing, rather, it's whatever is happening setting the code and indicating a problem that needs repairing. You could share more as to what is included in that $4,296 quote - because for purge flow issues, that definitely seems quite a bit higher than one would expect for repair costs. Hello, what happens if you put the tires and rims that were on originally back onto the vehicle? If the wobble disappears, you know you have a problem with the new rims and tires. Geometry can change and laws of physics can explain frequency differences that can cause vibration. If your wobble is at a specific speed, it could be as simple as a bent rim or out of balance wheels. And by the way - have you checked with your local Ford dealership to see if you have any emissions system warranty still?
