What is your question?
On a 2018 Mustang GT convertible, the window "chatters" up and down thinking the door is opening/closing. The dealership recommended a motor replacement...which I did myself. At first, the motor was operating in reverse (up on the switch was down on the window, down was up). I saw some posts online that said to reverse the actual motor housing on the unit. I did that and sure enough, the polarity was fixed but now it only goes about 1/2" per button push and does nothing on the "auto" up or down. I've tried what I think is every permutation of holding the button two seconds in the full up/down position, disconnected the battery while moving the window, etc. I have a Forscan...is there any way to hard reset the window module? Any ideas what the 1/2" travel per button push is about?

Did you use a Ford factory part? Also, your diagnostic tool may not be able to properly "time" the motor. I appreciate your ambition, but some things are best left to folks with proper equipment and original parts, if not a Ford part.
