I'm considering getting my teenage son a Mustang, so I'm curious about the car's various features--including whether it has a trim level with four doors.

No, Ford has never made the Mustang with four doors. It has tried its hand at other powerful sedans, such as the 2007 Ford Interceptor concept car, but the company stated in 2006 it would never make an official Mustang with four doors.
