The process for certifying dealerships appears to be a relationship between RepairPal Certified folks and dealership personnel. The dealership perhaps could reach out to RepairPal to initiate a process of certification, which requires steps to be taken and has a cost. In the meantime -- the good news about dealerships is that there are levels of checks and balances and an interest in general in client satisfaction. So, you should be able to obtain the service you need and desire. If you feel uncomfortable about anything, I'd always suggest reaching out to service management. Good luck!
