What is your question?
It starts to stall or rough idles. Comes and goes every 3 weeks. It goes away like nothing ever happens but then comes back randomly. No white smoke out the tail pipe. 2 days ago it threw the code P0022. It doesn’t make any weird noises. Engine sounds healthy. I barely did an oil change. I don’t know if it could be a sensor or solenoid? It’s a 2016 mustang gt

That code relates to "bank 2" camshaft timing. Engine timing is of course quite important to engine operation, and a concern with timing not being proper is often due to lubrication - like, enough oil and filter changes -- frequency, and the proper oil being used, and proper filter. It can also have to do with the camshaft phaser which keeps the timing as expected depending on operation. This concern simply must have hands on testing to work through and diagnose. The single most effective thing, though, that you can do is make sure you are changing your oil frequently enough with a Motorcraft filter and proper grade and quality of engine oil. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
