Whenever I do a hard pull I get a Blinking check engine light that goes away after 30 seconds to a minute. I know this means the engine is misfiring . Today I took the car to a mechanic shop however they could not locate a code they want me to drive it for a few days and come back. They did discover the fuse box is bad I have a new one coming but I'm unsure if this would be causing a misfire

Hello, I don't see a "fuse box" causing this misfire concern. You had no diagnostic trouble codes, even with a blinking light? This typically means misfiring as you said -- related to spark plugs, coils and / or coil boots or base engine / cylinder head concerns. What are you told is wrong with the "bad" fuse box? www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
I have been having problems with the car overheating discovered it was a bad fan . A week after replacing the fan the car overheats again. after diagnostic found A bad Rely. A week after replacing the rely the car overheats again because the rely was bad again. and now I'm being told its the fuse box. The engine was replaced A month ago A day after replacing the engine is when the Blinking check engine light started.
