Obd2 readiness

First, read the info in the link at the end of my response here from RepairPal that addresses setting monitors. Additionally, though, any time you have a modification to a set of factory settings, it's possible your monitors will be prevented from ever setting. It's hard to say based on whatever changes you have made from "stock", but you may have to revert to factory settings in order to get your monitors to be ready. Read the info first though.
