What is your question?
I had a leak in A/C high side so bought new valve for line. Schrader valve tool broke trying to turn an remove it. Tried pliers but the tip of the valve inside line broke leaving the threaded barrel part of the valve still in but there's nothing the tool can grab onto. Drilling out the threaded valve doesn't seem wise. Is there a way to remove the threaded barrel of the valve without replacing the entire line?

Hello, other than the things you've tried - no, it seems like replacing the line is the only solution. Drilling is definitely not an option; there's no manual or procedure for what you're experiencing. There is only trying to come up with a solution; sounds like you've tried everything. Certainly, a shop near you may be able to see your specific case and make suggestion - so maybe try that? https://repairpal.com/auto-repair-near-me
