What is your question?
2008 Mustang GT supercharged. Has 4 bolt flange connectors that snapped of and are rusted in. Pipe is flared with graphite donut gasket. Catalytic converter is on flared side. It looks like I need to cut off both sides but what to replace with? Not sure if there is clearance to use split flange connector but those seem to be only two bolt.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Supercharged GT
How long has your 2008 Ford Mustang had this problem?

The best possible suggestion I could give you is to get yourself to a local exhaust specialist who is equipped with all the equipment needed to repair what you have going on. These folks are great at what they do and can resolve all of these concerns, especially in Maryland where you are where corrosion is the order of the day.
