Why does the battery keep dieing

Hello, either: 1) the battery is not able to hold a charge due to an internal issue. 2) the battery is not getting fully recharged when the engine is running due to a possible charging system concern. 3) there is some kind of electrical draw bringing battery state of charge down when the vehicle is not running.
