no start

ok i get that but why ? what happens ? how to remedy it , as stated they just got the car 4 days ago they had no idea and no owners manual in the vehicle was first thing i asked him , "smart junction box does what ?

First step is to try your spare key. If the theft light is flashing with the key you've always used, it can only be one of two things. Either there is a problem with the chip in the key or there is a problem with the PATS system. There is no way to start it with any kind of reset. If it doesn't start with your spare key, 90% of the time it's the PATS transponder which receives the code from the key. There will be codes stored in the PCM related to this problem. Have you changed anything on the car just before this started happening? Also, to many keys on a key ring can cause problems. Try with the key alone, not likely the problem but eliminate the easy things first.

one would think the check engine light would lite , oil light track lite some other lights would turn on and have no crank or crank and no start , this car acts dead . battery is 12.35 load tested good . security is flashing steady doesn't matter position of key , so i would think security or transponder . but this is not what it acting like just no power any where no blown fuses the SLB fuses are good , hear nothing click , when turning key at all just like it has no battery at all i know it has voltage coming from battery and fusible link is good between battery and alternator . i could be wrong
