I have a 2006 Mustang premium GT w/ Pirelli tires 21K miles are tires reliable?

Hello, are these tires "original" to the vehicle? If not, are they 5 years old or older? If either answer is "yes", then I would replace your tires before trusting them on any trip. Tires dry rot with age and lose their ability to dissipate heat effectively, resulting in possible tire failure.
