How come my V-6 2003 Ford Mustang shutters when the car comes to a stop?

It is not in the braking system it is something with the motor or in the fuel system. The car shutters after the car stops like it wants to quit. Please help.

Try a system reset, unplug battery for about 15 minutes. Reconnect, and let it check itself out. Short of that, maybe a change of fuel filter!
