When shifting it gets stuck in gear rpms go up but car not moving happens when trying to go fast

Sounds like slippage on shifting - sounds like an internal mechanical concern inside the transmission. Check the fluid level and condition first, as fluid condition and level can cause many different issues.
My mechanic checked the transmission oil and level he said it very good and my car also jerks alot
If the fluid looks good, you are likely looking at an internal mechanical concern. Is this a V8 4.6L GT? Because if so, the ONLY other SLIGHT hunch I have is that on rare occasion you could have RF(radio frequency) interference from the coils causing the engine's processor (PCM) to malfunction and cause shifting issues. This could explain some of the "jerking", although "jerking" could be caused by a transmission slip issue too. Have your coils checked - a coil ripple test is necessary to see if there is any issue there. Other than that, dropping the transmission pan next to check for metal debris would be a good next step...unless you can monitor shifting and parameters with a diagnostic tool prior and get some clues that way.
its a v6 3.8 liter with a 120000 miles on it
OK, scratch all that stuff about coil stress testing! I meant stress test, not ripple test, but no matter. That's for coil on plug, and your 3.8L V6 does not have that. You could still have an engine driveability problem that is affecting shift points, but with your mileage and symptoms, it sounds like an internal issue. Need more hands-on testing to verify engine performance and shifting.
