i is my 02 mustang running hot, got a new radiator fan for it when first bought

This will need to be looked at by a technician. The oil leak could be from anywhere like the valve covers, oil pan gasket, rear main seal, etc. The overheating could be a fan that isn't working, air in the system, bad head gasket.
