Convertible top will go down but doesn't have enough power to raise it.

Possibly lack of fluid, fill top cylinder for roof behind backseats, fill with dexron 3, just till it starts to come out, also air leaks in hoses, or your up/down button related to emergency brake faulty

Mary stop by a couple of your local body shops and have them look at this, It might be something simple ( weak Battery etc ) As this is more of a body shop type of repair
