Your question is not clear - your antitheft light will flash when the key is off, it shows the system is working, and is a visual deterrent to thieves. Are you saying the odometer and the engine fan both don't work when it rains? The engine fan should always run if the a/c is on - I would expect it to run when the defroster is on also - I would have the electric fan switch tested (simple) to make sure it is working. I almost blew the engine on my 99 six because the electric fan switch failed - not realizing the temp gauge won't accurately show engine temp if not enough coolant in system - (electric fan failure caused a hose to blow, I tried to bandage it to limp home, and it blew again right next to the bandage) -
