is AC not giving cold air due to leaking radiator and coolant?

only if the motor is overheating. under normal conditions, no. you may need to have a shop check the system for leaks as it sounds like the freon level may be low. thanks for using repairpal Roy
If the engine is too hot the computer will shut off the compressor to save the engine and AC compressor. Also the heat from the radiator could also shut down the compressor due to compressor head pressure getting too high. A properly working cooling system is extermely important to the Ac system.
