'99 Mustang GT Radiator Fan
What is your question?
My radiator fan is not turning on until the temp gauge is almost to the red. I let my car idle to figure out problem the car idled for 30 mins before the fan kicked on almost over heated. I just want to replace everything with the fan. What should I be replacing and any recommendations on what type of fan to replace OEM with for longevity over plastic?
What makes this problem better or worse?

Hello, the fan may not be the concern; it could be the command to turn it on. The waste of money and time spent doing something that may not fix the vehicle is significant. Using a diagnostic tool, inputs to the processor can be monitored and measured to see what is being commanded and why. If the fan is commanded and does not turn on, then yes - the fan is suspect.
