What is your question?
I have a 1998 ford msutang and I recently got my top replaced but during that process, my top stopped working. The people who replaced the top got it to work but now no current goes into the switch. I just checked almost all the plugs and I'm so confused on my fuses and relay, I believe I checked the one under the dash, it's not blown but under the hood, can't understand. The motor works, hydralic fluid is in. I have no idea if my car has a relay so where do I check next

This is way over the head of the "back yard" mechanic. You need a shop manual, digital voltmeter / ohmmeter (DVOM), a diagnostic tool that can read and control functions for the body modules, and tools to properly test things out. It's more than this forum could even approach. For example, there is no way we can even try to address where to locate a fuse or relay and describe the function. Here are some shops near you to consult: https://repairpal.com/repair-shops/ford-repair-and-service-in-league-city-texas
