Brake lights not working

What is your question?

replaced the light bulbs and fuse but brake lights are still not working...what else could I do to check before having to take into a shop. Low on funds and need to repair myself.

Check the stop light switch as it may have gone out. It's located on the upper back side of the brake pedal and if that's the problem it's about $12 at the parts store.

The Brake light switch. It is mounted behind the dash so that it is pushed by the brake pedal arm.

Check the stop light switch as it may have gone out. It's located on the upper back side of the brake pedal and if that's the problem it's about $12 at the parts store.
