What is your question?
Rebuilt rear differential assembly, new axle bearings, new driveshaft, new clutch assembly, new flywheel, new engine mounts etc.....Still pulsating in fifth.
How long has your 1996 Ford Mustang had this problem?
2 years

Sounds like a concern with a possible drive shaft balance issue, or universal joint issue. Too hard to tell without hands on diagnostic testing. Use this link to find some shops near you that can help with your concern: www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
