My throwout bearing went out when clutch is engaged it sounds like metal grinding so i bought a clutch kit how hard is it to put a clutch kit in

It depends on your tolerance for pain. Changing a clutch requires removal of the transmission, then replace the clutch components, then reinstall the transmission. If you are working on your back at home with the car on jacks, you will have the devil of a time. Allow a couple of days if you are on your back. Acknowledge you may not get the transmission back in properly and have to tow the car to a shop. This is one of the repairs that I would never recommend doing at home unless I had a lift or a couple of very understand and STRONG friends to help me stab the transmission back into the vehicle.
