Have a 1994 mustang GT convertible. The issue is the instrument cluster is not working. I can get the back light to come on and the right blinker to work. The odometer, oil pressure, battery, fuel they all are stuck in one position. The speedometer and tachometer auditor will not work. I have replaced the old cluster with a new one, having the same problem. I have replaced fuses, all electrical on the car works. Highbeam and low beam is work, top goes up and down, right and left blinker is front and back work. Brake lights work, reverse lights work, four-way hazards work, radio works, cigarette lighter works. Any ideas
