how to change domelight module

car sets couple days battery goes dead garage did electrical diagnostic said dome light module bad sent new one from ford dealer in kansas said it was located behind dash/instrument cluster disassembled dash module i have in my hand is not in this dash

do you have the part number?? still cannot find anything but headlamp module and daytime running module. Roy

this is a warning module for indicators. possibly your chimes or an indicator when a gauge is out of spec. there are 2 large harness connection for it. from my sources at ford, this has nothing to do with the dome light system. i dont know what they sent you, but this is not your answer. you need to go back to square one and find out your problem. sorry, but i think you need to start over.
