If your 90 LX has the "Sport Seat" option, yes both front seats will recline. If your Mustang has standard seats, then they may not be reclining. The Mustang sport seats have adjustable seat and knee bolsters, inflatable lumbar support, and recline. The lever to recline the sport seat is between the side of the seat and the doors.
