Why does my car beep after turning engine off

Hello, is this like a horn chirp, or some kind of component beeping inside the vehicle? Are there any aftermarket devices installed to the vehicle, such as an alarm or GPS tracking device? I can't think of any Ford factory installed components that will "beep" every minute - so I lean towards seeing what may have been added on.
