Hey, my name is Dusty, and I'm one of the auto experts with RepairPal's Car Genius team. I'm here to help. That's a hard pass! No music, no thanks! Seriously, though, if a fuse keeps blowing repeatedly, it indicates a short circuit somewhere on that circuit. The short could be caused by a poor connection in the wiring (from the aftermarket stereo install) which creates erratic power flow. There's still a chance it's unrelated to the stereo, but that's where I'd start. If you DIY'd the install, check all of the wiring connections to make sure they are secure and well seated in their connectors. If all looks good, I would get a second opinion from a seasoned pro. Sometimes, chasing a short can be a bit of a pain. If you have any other questions or would like help with finding a RepairPal Certified shop in your area, give us a call! 877-913-1554
