3 horn (beeps) sounds when starting engine

About a month ago my 2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid Platinum started to make 3 consecutive honks at start-up. I have read that it may be a warning that the 12v battery was dying. Sure enough, after about 15 days, the battery died. I replaced the battery and thought the beeping (honks) would go away, but it has not. Also, when this problem started, the remote start is not working. HELP!!!!
