I’m wondering why my particular 2017 Ford Fusion wasn’t included in recall for shift cable, bushing and actuator problems. I had to pay $994.00 to have transrange shift module replaced. Vin # 3FA6P0HD0HR150558

What makes this problem better or worse?

I got stranded. Couldn’t put car in park or restart it.
