What is your question?
I had driven my car for probably 30-40 miles on the interstate and everything was perfectly fine. Get off the exit and as I’m trying to accelerate the RPM’s increase but no acceleration. I manage to get the car to the light where it runs rough for a few seconds then died. First repair facility said it has something to do with my turbo and would need to go to the dealership. Any idea what this could be?

Hello, did the first repair shop you took it to perform necessary testing? Just because a diagnostic trouble code (DTC) related to the turbocharger is set doesn't mean that the turbocharger has failed. But then again - we don't even know what was done at the shop to test the vehicle. There are dozens of possible causes for your concern. Only hands-on testing can figure out what is going on. Sure you can take it to the dealership and probably get a good diagnostic test performed. You can also take it to another shop near you and have the same kind of testing performed.
