It just started the day before after driving it for a bit.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Keeping the same mph.
How long has your 2015 Ford Fusion had this problem?

No one here can do much without hands on testing. So, taking it to your mechanic is then best possible solution at this time. Hands on diagnostic testing is needed. Not sure why brake lights are illuminated unless the brake pedal is seen as being engaged, which could cause some things to happen -- so testing will probably illuminate a problem in that area. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops

If anyone is having this problem, check if the brakes stay on even after the car is turned off. If that is the case, it is most likely the it Brake light switch located under the steering wheel. It is a $32 part at auto zone and takes 5 minutes to repair. Videos of ‘how to’ on YouTube.
