What is your question?
A few days ago I had to get my key replaced as I lost it. Everything was working fine and then 3 days later I went to turn my car on and the key wouldn’t turn. The brakes are locked up, the gear shift is locked and the ignition. The steering wheel ISNT locked. I tried turning it all the way and more and jiggling it but it won’t lock, tried rapping back of the key and jiggling key while trying to turn. Tried WD/40. What could be the problem and how do I fix it??
How long has your 2013 Ford Fusion had this problem?

Hello, check your shift lever - the transmission shift lever may not be seating properly in the park position to allow the steering wheel to lock. If this is the case, then your key may not turn also. Alternatively, it's possible that the new key that was cut could have had some slag on it that got trapped in the key cylinder, damaging it. Too hard to know without working to resolve the concern. Use this link to find some shops near you that can help with your concern: www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
