Tuck noises from Front Right side Fusion 2012

Hi, I don't know what "tuck noises" are -- if you have a noise, is it really critical to replace a component if everything seems to be tight and intact? If the steering gear, for example, is making noise -- but is still working properly, why replace it? Maybe just keep an eye on it? Ultimately, hands on professional inspection would be best.
