Not getting fire to the spark plugs

Hello, you do not indicate which engine is in this Fusion. Ignition control is by the engine's processor, using sensors at the camshaft and crankshaft to help with engine spark control. Testing will be needed with a diagnostic tool to measure the operation of these components and also check relative compression of the engine cranking as well.
